Bempflinger decided to use flexible packaging and at the first stage chose pouch fillers from SN Machinenbau. In total Bempflinger uses three machines from SN Machinenbau - our partner and specialist in designing and manufacturing of horizontal working machines for packaging of liquid, creamy, pasty and solid products into doy-pack pouches. Their latest FFS (form-fill-seal) packaging machine, tailor made for this company by SN Machinenbau, was entered to service in 2017.

For ensuring high quality and complying with hygienic standarts the FBM 20 is made of stainless steel for wet products. Dosing is carried out by means of cleaning in place (CIP) robust pump filling the product with or without solid particles. Also, SN Maschinenbau offers machines to produce pouches with contour (unusual shaped) or pouches with spouts. Various stand-up pouches are optimal solutions for presentation of your product on the market.
