There was a case where one of the Cavanna clients needed to wrap cereal bars one by one at a speed of more than 600ppm. Moreover, there was a need of a line which would be able to deal with several sizes.

Cavanna's equipment reached more than 99% efficiency at a speed of 660ppm. The wrapping system gave a great flexibility thanks to ability to operate with 28 different sizes. The line is equipped with in-line loading system,row distribution system and a storage unit with a high capacity.
